Every morning I make a smoothie with a sachet, milk and any goodie I can find from veggies to fruit. This sustains me until lunch, and maybe due to the addition of Hemp seeds and avocados plus the sachet, my blood pressure has dropped into the normal range after years. I'm older so don't want to lose muscle mass too quickly and I prescribe food with select amino acids in some animals.. Helps them so why not follow the premise. Oh and the sachets taste great. Do it folks. Your body will thank you!
